Escapade 360 is a real-life adventure escape game that offers an interactive experience, one where teams are locked in a themed room for 60 minutes with one goal: to escape! For more information, visit our website escapade360.com. We’re seeking a fun, customer service-oriented GAMEMASTER who is not afraid to share ideas or take initiative.
Job Duties:
Gamemasters are expected to:
- Engage with customers when they enter the business: introduce them to our space, collect waiver forms (if needed), and review game rules and instructions.
- Monitor the gameplay from a control room, leading players through the escape room experience and providing hints specific to each group and their actions.
- Reset escape rooms following players’ games.
- Assist with day-to-day operations: cleaning the facility, responding to e-mails and phone calls, updating social media.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 18 years or older
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience
- Fast learner
- Personable people person
- Moderately tech savvy
- Able to speak and write professionally
Hours available
Up to 20 hours a week available during the following hours*:
- Fridays: 3:00 – 9:00 pm
- Saturdays: 12:00 – 10:00 pm (must be available to work Saturdays)
- Sundays: 12:00 – 7:00 pm
- Occasional weeknights
- Select holidays
* Work hours will be based on business needs.

$10.00 /hour starting pay
