FAQs

An escape room (also known as an escape game) is an interactive entertainment where up to 8 players are locked in a themed room and must use their wits, intelligence, and teamwork to solve a variety of clues and puzzles to escape the room within 60 minutes. The game will call on your skills of observation, critical thinking, and creativity to free you and your team from your timed adventure. But you’re not alone — a gamemaster will watch over the proceedings via in-room cameras to give helpful hints as you explore the room.

A single admission to each room is $29 per player. You can book your experience online and pay via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.

Our rooms are 100% safe for all players. No special physical requirements are necessary.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time so that we can give you an introduction to your room experience and go over a few house rules. You’ll also be asked to sign a standard waiver at that time. If your party arrives late and we’re able to accommodate you, then we’ll do our best to do so. However, if there’s another party scheduled immediately after your time, you’ll be asked to reschedule.

Food and drink are strictly prohibited within the escape rooms. You’re welcome to snacks and a drink in the lobby once you complete the experience.

Generally if your team doesn’t escape, your gamemaster will walk you through the remainder of the game, so there’s not much benefit in replaying the game.

Not at all. Although you’ll feel the pressure of the clock as you play the room, you’re always free to leave if you feel the need. (Please note: the clock will continue to count down even if you exit.) Your gamemaster will also be watching your game via in-room cameras the entire time and can enter to assist in case of emergency.

Some escape rooms have horror themes or scary elements, but ours do not. The themes and content are completely family-friendly, but we do ask that all guests be ages 12 and up.
